How long does shipping take within India?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days across India.
How can I verify the authenticity of my Labrada products?
Every Labrada Nutrition India product comes with a unique scratch-off authenticity code. You can verify this code on our official website or via the designated SMS service to ensure you have a 100% genuine product.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or initiate a return if it meets our criteria.
Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain value. For orders below that threshold, a nominal shipping fee is calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
